In its third generation of family ownership, Meyers Chemicals
Inc. was formed in 1935 by James O.Meyers, a chemist and
pharmacist. His sons, Jack and Glen, joined the company in 1945 and
grew it until they retired in the mid 1980's. Jay and Ted Meyers ,
sons of Jack and Glen respectively, currentlyoperate the
company.
Van Horn Metz of New York is a New York corporation formed in 1995
to expand our offering of specialty raw materials in New York
State. It is a collaboration between Meyers and Van Horn Metz
andCo. of Conshohocken, PA.
The vision for Meyers Chemicals and Van Horn Metz of New York
has been and will continue to be:
